    Typical format2–4 weeks: workshops on site or online, then the write-up. From your side: a decision-maker, someone who knows the day-to-day work and someone who owns the systems.

  • Architecture review

    Your system works, but will it hold up under growth, an audit, a new regulation or a security incident?

    Together with your team, we review the architecture, code structure, AWS setup and security.

    Typical format1–2 weeks, mostly remote: interviews with a few of your engineers, then a walkthrough of the findings with your team.

  • AI-assisted development coaching

    Your team uses AI tools, but unevenly, and you’re not sure it’s making things better.

    Hands-on sessions on your own codebase: workflows, reviews, guardrails, what to hand to AI and what not.

How we work

  • Domains. Finance and payments, telecommunications and more. Learning a new domain properly is what discovery is for.
  • In person first. We like to meet face to face at the start. After that, on site or online.
  • Worldwide. Based in Slovenia. English, Slovenian, Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian.
  • Senior only. The people you talk to are the people who do the work.
  • We teach what we practise. We build and use our own tools, such as ZLADA Run.
